You also grant VANITY VIP Magazine permission to use your image, name, and associated information in connection with our magazine services, adverts, and other sponsored contents without any compensation to you.

Where you are invited to do any submission to VANITY VIP Magazine you agree, by submitting, to grant VANITY VIP Magazine the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and / or to incorporate your submission in other works in any media now known or later developed.

WARRANTY

You warrant that is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above it is not defamatory and it does not infringe on any law and that you are over the age of 18.

You agree to indemnify VANITY VIP Magazine against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by VANITY VIP Magazine as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your submission and publication in VANITY VIP Magazine and the purposes specified above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SUBMISSION RELEASE

By submission to VANITY VIP Magazine, you are agreeing to be legally bound by the following Agreement Release between you and VANITY VIP Magazine. This release include photos, covers photos, artwork, articles, texts, interviews, videos and any other content provided for VANITY VIP Magazine.

You do consent and agree that VANITY VIP Magazine, its employees, or agents have the right to legally use the images/photographs, videos, articles, text and other content you have submitted for the purpose of publication in VANITY VIP Magazine and display on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter as well and respective social media outlets. You further consent that your name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

You are acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the images/photographs, videos, articles, text and other content submitted, or you have consent from the copyright owner to submit the images, videos, articles,  text and other content for print publication and website, social media display. You hold yourself completely responsible for any dispute over image/photograph, videos, articles, text and other content copyright ownership claims that may result from publication in VANITY VIP Magazine. You grant VANITY VIP Magazine, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit submitted work imprint and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies of VANITY VIP Magazine. You waive any rights, claims, or interest you may have to control the use of your identity or likeness in whatever media used.

You understand that this agreement is NOT a transfer of property ownership, only the copyright owners’ permission to VANITY VIP Magazine and for the use of public display.

You understand that you are not entitled to any compensation, be it money or a free publication of the Issue that you are printed in. VANITY VIP Magazine, do not provide a free copy of the magazine unless previously agreed in written. Due to the high costs of our company to print, you agree that you are responsible for purchasing your own Issue. You also agree that you will not ask for either after the Publication has been released. Tear sheets may be available at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.

You also understand that VANITY VIP Magazine is not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of your participation in the images/photographs, videos, articles, text and other content submitted, including transfer and display of copyright holders’ images/photographs, videos, articles, text and other content.

You, the submitter/responsible party is responsible for making sure correct credits are given and that you have permission to use the photos, videos, articles, text and other content. VANITY VIP Magazine will not be held liable, this is up to the person submitting to confirm all of this.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and you competent to execute this agreement.

You understand that submission of content is not a guarantee of publication. Content will be used as it is deemed fit based on timing and deadlines.

You had notified all involved parties of the content that you have submitted their names and works for publication.
